This website is operated by Eva Zinger Jewelry. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Eva Zinger Jewelry. Eva Zinger Jewelry offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on WIX. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


We must receive payment in full for the price of goods that you order prior to our acceptance of your order. Once payment in full has been received by us, we shall acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you an email to the email address that you provided in your order form. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods ordered unless we have previously notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled your order in accordance with the cancellation clause below.

Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. We do not accept orders from persons under the age of 18 or from persons who are unable or are not authorized to enter into legally binding contracts through this site. If you do not qualify to do so, do not use this site.

We do not process or hold any payment details. Customers who pay for goods both online and offline will have their payment processed by Isracard pay me on an external site managed by Wix or one of its agents.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if:

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have requested, or

  • We do not deliver to your area, or

  • One or more of the items you ordered was priced incorrectly due to a typographical error or resulting from a fluctuation in the prices of precious metals or gems.

If we do not accept your order, we will notify you by email or by telephone, and we will credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

We shall not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.


You may cancel your order with us for the goods you have purchased at any time up to the close of business on the 7th working day from the date you received confirmation of your order. You do not need to give us any reason for canceling your order, and we will not charge any penalty.

Your right to cancel your order with us for the goods is subject to:

  • You not having worn or damaged the jewelry, and

  • You have not removed any security tags from the item if present.


Call +972-77-7919007 or email by the close of business within seven working days of receiving your purchase. Overseas customers will be given a "Returns Authorization Number" that must be written on the outside of the package being returned. You must also write in large letters on the outside of the package; "RETURNED GOODS." You must ship the parcel back to us using Fedex International Shipping ONLY. We cannot accept any returns that use a different courier company.

UK customers must return the goods to us using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service and insured for the goods' full value.

The shipping and postage receipt for returning the package must be retained by you. The goods must be packed securely in the packaging that you received them in. We are not liable to refund you any money if the goods are returned to us broken or damaged. Once we have received the goods, we will refund the amount due to your credit card within 30 working days. Please note delivery charges will not be refunded.


By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
